Making my own maple syrup has become both a relaxing and rewarding experience. So much so that I wanted to build a brand around it. The result was Bunyan Mountain Maple Syrup Company, a local producer of high quality maple syrup in Munson Mass.
Since this is a small (2-4 person) operation I wanted to keep production costs low. The result was a labeling system that uses the same label for all grades of syrup. Each syrup grade is then distinguished by it’s natural color, and one of 4 rubber stamps.
I truly enjoyed this project and continue to do so (at breakfast year round).
